QUALIFICATIONS Any Bachelor’s degree

• Work experience of 4-5 years preferred
• Develop new styles under supervision of the designers & upper management
• Work closely with sales & production team to develop new styles
• Follow up with status of fit samples & production samples
• Examine and measure production samples to ensure accurate execution of requested specs
• Must be organized & detailed
• AA or BA degree in Fashion (or equivalent experience and education)
• Able to speak & write in Korean/English fluently

• Work experience of 2-3 years preferred
• Fashion school graduate preferred
• Knowledge of fabric, print, spec, and fit processes
• Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Sketching, technical drawing, and sample development
• Must be able to handle multi tasks efficiently
< Salary: Base salary $60,000 (Gross) + Commission >
• 5+ years of company sales experience with own sales accounts preferred

• Attend & travel for out of state meetings (Must be eligible to travel)
• Need good relationships with customers and excellent communication skills
• Must be an efficient multi-tasker, organized, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Identify customer's buying trends and provide feedback to production
• Keen eye for trendy fashion
• Manage sales order details and buyer notes in an organized manner using all tools available
• Must be fluent in English (Korean and Spanish is a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office such as Word and Excel
